Our therapeutic day school supports students with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, behavioral challenges, and complex learning needs—and we’re expanding our team!

We Are Now Hiring for the Following Positions
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Work one-on-one and in small groups to implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision. Ideal for those passionate about hands-on support, data-driven care, and meaningful relationships with students.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Lead classroom-wide behavior programming, supervise RBTs, collaborate with teachers and therapists, and help shape positive behavior systems across the school. Creativity, leadership, and clinical insight are key.
Occupational Therapists (OTs)
Help our students build the motor, sensory, and daily living skills they need to thrive in and out of the classroom. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and other clinicians to integrate OT goals into learning.
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
